峰會上，中國入世談判代表龍永圖指出，近年來經濟全球化是否會逆轉備受各方關注，在他看來，不論從經濟全球化的推動力量看，還是從全球化的載體，亦或是全球化的實現形式看，經濟全球化都不會逆轉，但會呈現一系列新的趨勢。疫情過后，在全球經濟市場上，美國還是具有實力的匹配國和買家國。同時中國龐大的國內市場也吸引著美國企業家的投資目光。中美經貿關系也將從對抗逐步轉為競爭+合作。

At the summit, Long Yongtu, China's chief negotiator on WTO accession, pointed out that whether economic globalization will reverse in recent years has attracted much attention.
